Paterson Municipal Court is one of NJ’s busiest urban municipal courts, handling Title 39 traffic matters, 2C DP and PDP, city-ordinance violations, and indictable first appearances. The Court
Paterson Municipal Court sits in the Paterson city complex in Passaic County. The court is part of the Passaic County Vicinage of the NJ Superior Court system. Calendars cover the full municipal-court mandate.
