1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

We do not hold ourselves out as licensed in other states. Federal-court appearances (D.N.J., Third Circuit, U.S. Supreme Court certiorari practice) operate under the firm’s NJ admission and the federal-court admission rules of each forum.
